Eligibility:
To be eligible for participation in this tender procedure, tenderers must prove to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they comply with the necessary legal, technical and financial requirements and have the therewithal to carry out the contract effectively. Technical and financial submissions must be very explicit.
Submission Procedures:
- Bid documents are available for collection from the date of this advertisement and also available at the website. Offers must be received before the deadline which is on 27th November 2022 at 4: oo Pm
- Completed tender documents clearly marked with the Lot Number bided for must be deposited at the WVS Garowe office before the deadline date and time, and recorded
- The bid opening panel will be convened promptly, on 29th November 2021 at 9:00am to open the bids
Evaluation Award criteria: valid registration from Puntland national tender board, local government registration from any District Puntland, Tax clearance letter from ministry of finance. Valid license from ministry of commerce plus the technical evaluation stipulated in the RFQ document.
The tender committee has defined a detailed evaluation criterion to determine the most competitive contractors and will not only be based lowest price but on the on the basis of value for money, competitive financial offer, quality, compliance with international norms, and proven record of satisfactory performance.
