BACKGROUND

World Vision Somalia intends to peruse strategic sourcing for Construction Materials. Therefore World Vision Somalia invites your company to make an offer based upon the conditions stated in this Request for Quote.

All bidders should meet the requirements of the Puntland State Authority.
Manner of Submission/Submission Procedure: Kindly submit your bids in hard copy to WVS office in Garowe. Important: Offers transmitted in any other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.
Closing Date: Sunday 20^th September 2020, 1:00 Hours East African Time.

Your offer should clearly indicate and include:

Unit Cost Per items in US Dollars Currency
Tax Clearance Documents from Puntland Authority in 2020
Valid Business License (Certificate of the Ministry of Commerce)
Puntland National Tender Board (PNTB) registration
Validity Period of the Quote/ the offer:
Lead time;
Terms of Payment: to be paid after delivery in full specifications to be ordered
Relevant experience in WASH supplies (contracts or recommendation) from three former clients.
