World Vision Somalia – Puntland Program (WVS-Puntland) is implementing multi sectorial program in; Puntland.

WVS is inviting to a bid for the provision of BEEKEEPING  supplies as specified in the Lot Numbers below and detailed tender documents complete with ITB/RFQ are now available (free of charge) for download  and its attached in the Web link ).

Eligibility:

• To be eligible for participation in this tender procedure, tenderers must prove to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority that they comply with the necessary legal, technical and financial requirements and have the Capacity to carry out the contract effectively. Technical and financial submissions must be very explicit.
• Completed tender documents clearly marked with the Lot Number bided for must be deposited at the WVS Puntland Office Tender Box before the deadline date and time, and recorded in the log book/ letter.
• Formal bids being submitted must be on formal company letters, duly signed and stamped must indicate the Full Company Name, Physical Address, Contact Telephone Number/contact Email address, Directors Names, addresses and their telephone numbers
• Contractors who will be evaluated successfully for the award of these work, will be expected to be tax compliant and cleared by Puntland Tender Board (PTB)

• Offers must be received before the deadline which is on 10th November 2020 at 04: 00PM hours.

Evaluation Award criteria:

1. Certificate of construction form Ministry of public works,
2. Puntland National Tender Board registration (PNTB),
3. Local Government Registration,
4. Updated Tax clearance documents (2020)
5. License of the Ministry of Commerce
6. Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner)
7. Past Experience-Provide references of the previous works or goods supplied before (attach Recommendation letter or Previous LPOS/Agreements
8. Please indicate delivery period
9. Indicate validity of quote

Bids technical evaluation based on the specification submitted

3. Financial Evaluation

Based on cost quoted

The tender committee has defined a detailed evaluation criteria to determine the most competitive contractors and will not only be based lowest competitive  price but on the  basis of value for money, competitive financial offer, quality, compliance with international norms, and proven record of satisfactory performance.
