PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS

OUR BACKGROUND

Tadamun Social Society (TASS) is a National, Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Non-profit, that was established in 1992 by national intellectuals who felt the importance and the need in the region of such an NGO to contribute social wellbeing and it started its humanitarian and development operations in Bossaso through establishing schools to educate young people then gradually expanded its support services. TASS is one of the biggest humanitarians and development organizations in Puntland –Somalia, our headquarters is Bosaso and its sub-offices are in Garowe, Gardo and Galkaio. Tadamun Social Society has been serving for Somali community since 1992 during these decades it gained wide range experience in humanitarian and development sectors such as education, health, Nutrition, protection infrastructure, WASH, emergency preparedness, youth and women empowerment programs. TASS beneficiaries include IDPs, host community and refugees including children and People with Disabilities (PWDs).

We are seeking to prequalify suppliers for FY 21/22 with the capacity to provide services for ongoing and commencing activities in different target locations detailed.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURE

All vendors must send applications with the documents requested below

VENDORS TO SUPPLY GOODS AND SERVICES

1. Completed Vendor Application Form (TASS will provide or this can be downloaded from the advertisement link)
2. Company profile;
3. List of directors with their telephone and ID/Passport Numbers;
4. Current registration certificate;
5. Previous experience for similar nature of services: Provide either 3 high value contracts or Local purchase orders from previous clients for last 3 years
6. Good financial position: Provide either Latest audited report, or bank statement for 6 months with one year statement of income and expenditure signed by company
7. Latest tax receipt or proof of payment of tax.

COMPANIES /CONTRACTORS PROVIDING CAR RENTAL SERVICES

1. Completed Vendor Application Form (TASS will provide or this can be downloaded from the advertisement link)
2. Car ownership log book (Attach letter of attorney if the current owner name is different from the name in car log book)
3. Name and valid driver license
4. Road Tax Clearance Certificates
5. Mechanical Inspection Report which details comprehensive conditions and service of the vehicle from
6. Year of manufacture of vehicle similar with the date indicated in log books

Instructions to suppliers

1. All vendors interested must deliver their prequalification documents must deliver to our offices by 10th July 2021 by 00 PM local time. The interested service providers can also send their expression of interest through email logistics@tadamun.org . Any submissions past the deadline will be Rejected.

Instructions for submission: Can be delivered through email or TASS offices in Bosaso, North of international Village Hotel and in Garowe, Gen Nuur Salaad Rd, Street 14, Mire Aware Stadium area-Opposite Save the Children.

Physical delivery: (i) Deliver in a sealed envelope (ii) Indicate PREQUALIFICATION NUMBER in the envelope. The vendors who deliver physically must sign vendors register.

Email: Send with the subject email indicating the PREQUALIFICATION NUMBER.

NOTE: SERVICE PROVIDERS INTERESTED TO PROVIDE MORE THAN ONE SERVICES WILL SEND THEIR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPES OR IN SEPARATE EMAILS.
