Procurement Of Purchase and production of the briquette machine.

Islamic Relief Somalia/Somaliland is an International humanitarian organization that has been working in Somaliland since 2006. Our goal is to provide vulnerable communities in Somalia with access to basic needs including Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Basic Health services and Livelihood Support.

Islamic Relief Somaliland  invites bids for the provision of  the following services:

Requirements are:

1. Company Profile with detailed physically verifiable contact address
2. Bidder should have a valid registration certificate from government of Somaliland authorities (Valid Commercial license).
3. Most recent Bank statements produced last three months (showing transactions/ account movement and current balance).
4. Partial Documents will not be accepted
5. Quotation price (Use Price = AxBxC
6. Validity of the Quotation:7 days
7. Delivery Time: ASAP
8. Delivery Location: Bulahar and Ceelahelay
9. Interms: DAP (Delivery at Place)
10. Currency: US Dollars
11. Payments: Within 30 days after receipt of invoice
12. Language: English
13. Award of a Contract: A Contract will be awarded to acceptable priced technically and experienced, qualified bidder. The successful bidder will sign a Contract as per the IRS General Conditions of Contract for Procurement of Goods or Services.

All interested and eligible Contractors/suppliers with sound capacity and relevant experience in similar work are here by invited to collect tender documents from Islamic Relief Hargeisa Office.

The deadline for submitting bids is 17/02/2022 at 5:00 pm and any tender or documents received later than 17/02/2022 at 5:00 pm will not be accepted.
