Central Bank of Somalia (CBS) invites your submission of a tender to supply and deliver Audit Management Software in accordance with the conditions detailed in the below.

We include the following information:

• Part 1: Invitation to Tender
• Part 2: Conditions of Tendering
• Part 3: Terms and Conditions of Purchase (which will be signed by the successful Bidder)

Interested eligible and qualified Suppliers and Contractors are invited to apply for the bid. Your return tender must be received not later than Thursday 31^st March 2022, 3:00pm East African Time (“the Closing Date”).

Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 30 days from the Closing Date.

PART 1: INVITATION TO TENDER

The Central Bank of Somalia (CBS) hereby invites you to submit your bids for provision and implementation of Teammate Audit Management Software & data analytics for the Central bank of Somalia (CBS) as detailed in technical specifications.

All interested bidders are hereby informed to submit their electronic Bids to procurement@centralbank.gov.so and cc internal.audit@centralbank.gov.so not later than Thursday 31^st March 2022, 3:00pm (Mogadishu Time). It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your bids will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Bids that are received by CBS after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
