Save the Children International Somalia Country office is seeking qualified contractors to execute the reference Cargo and passenger charter flights.

The tender is open to eligible suppliers who are registered and operational in Somalia.

Bidders  are  encouraged  to  apply  via  Ariba  system.  Please  request  the  ITT document via email sending your company profile and Business registration

certificate.Please address your request to

Paper Submission ( Optional)

SCI encourages online application Via Ariba, if bidders have no network and or opt to deliver documents to the field office please follow below instructions;

o  Bids should be submitted in a single sealed envelope addressed to

Procurement Committee, Save the Children Airport Rd, Wadajir district,

Mogadishu, Somalia.

  • The envelope should clearly indicate the Invitation to tender reference number for the office you are applying but contain no other details relating to the bid.

o    All documentation submitted should be in one single envelope as detailed above (e.g. Bidder Response Document, Bank statements, Relevant contracts, Legal Registration, etc.).

Electronic Submission of bids is accepted VIA ARIBA SYSTEM. Please note that any bids sent by email will not be evaluated.

Closing date for the bid submission is 26th  February022
